Wrong diagnostic and chaged me for call out Did nothing in my shop just look around my fridge for 2 mints charged us for call out fee but digonse was wrong saying that my compressor was gone.. Whirpool not freezing Had a problem with my whirlpool American fridge freezer. Had multiple people come out to fix it. All had a different diagnosis. Domestic Fridge Freezer Repair within an hour San came out within an hour after first explaining clear pricing over the phone. Friendly, helpful and talked me through what needed to be done any why. Best of all if you decide to have repair, call out is free. An attempt was made to try and get reworking before a new part was installed. Impressed with overall service would recommend.

Waste of money. Soon as he came without looking into what the problem was made something up. Did not open anything to check wiring or functionality instead stood around and checked on his phone what the problem was. Call out charge still charged for no reason and no work completed. Don’t waste your money they only come out for their base call out charge don’t know how it works for businesses but domestic they don’t take seriously avoid.

My refrigerator and ice maker went out. Cary came out and got my refrigerator working but the ice maker was broken. He replaced the ice maker with a new one but it still struggled to work (even with the help of the manufacturer). Cary came out multiple times until it was right. Can not recommend him and his company enough. Most companies would have just moved on and called it a faulty unit. He continued to work until it was right. Trustworthy individual that does what he says. Great experience!

Overall a good experience. Contacting the company and setting up the repair was easy. The telephone staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. I did have to wait 2 weeks for the repair but these days waiting on anything is the norm. The technicians arrived within 2hrs of the appointment time but did contact me to inform me of the delay. Not very honest Came to house quickly and assured me it was the thermostat, charged £120. When we turned fridge / freezer it did not work, then he visited couple days later and said it was the compressor, but didn’t return any of the £120.
